Job Details
Position: Application Security Analyst (Javascript / Typescript)
Location: Remote in USA
Contract Duration: 6+ Months
Responsibilities
- Conduct security code reviews
- Review internal application code for vulnerabilities, such as Cross-Site-Scripting, SQL Injection, broken authentication, or logic flaws.
Required Skills
- Strong production level code development skills in TypeScript/JavaScript
- Ability to conduct security code reviews the following languages:
- JavaScript/Typescript
- Knowledge of security vulnerabilities, how to identify them in code, and recommendations for remediation.
- Knowledge of GraphQL
- Knowledge of SQL and Snowflake is helpful
- Technical communication with internal stakeholders
- Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities
Education/Experience
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of software development experience
