Medical Laboratory Scientist Location details and Compensation:
- Location: 100% on site
- 10p - 6a
- Hackettstown NJ
- Payrate: $42.00 - $50.00 p/hr **Based on licensure/certifications and experience**
What does the Medical Laboratory Scientist do?
- Perform lab testing in the Core Lab, and report results according to SOP.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory analyzers and equipment.
- Perform quality control tasks and maintain laboratory documentation according to SOP.
- Maintain and manage laboratory supplies.
- Provide laboratory information to others on the patient care team.
Medical Laboratory Scientist Qualifications/Requirements:
- BS degree is Medical Laboratory Science / Medical Technology
- ASCP or equivalent Medical Laboratory Scientist certification
- Previous laboratory experience preferred, but not necessary; new graduates welcome.
