We are seeking a talented and experienced Consulting SharePoint Developer to join our dynamic technology team. As a Consulting SharePoint Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality SharePoint solutions that enhance productivity and business operations. You will work closely with various teams to identify their needs and translate them into technical requirements. Responsibilities

1. Lead the design, development, and implementation of SharePoint-based solutions to meet business needs and objectives.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
3. Develop and maintain MSSQL databases to support SharePoint solutions.
4. Conduct system testing to ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of SharePoint solutions.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
6. Provide technical guidance and support to end-users.
7. Stay updated with the latest SharePoint development trends and technologies.
8. Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure the optimal performance and security of SharePoint solutions.
9. Develop and implement SharePoint training programs for end-users.
10. Prepare and present progress reports to the management team.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint development.
3. Proven experience with MSSQL.
4. Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, functionality, and capabilities.
5. Proficient in C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and JavaScript.
6. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
9. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
