RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Chicago, IL that is seeking a Senior Program Manager who will be working closely with emerging tech focused on Computer Vision, robotics, AI, and GenAI. The Senior Program Manager will be overseeing different workstreams, use cases, and dependencies that other Sr Managers have. They will also set up this program and support moving forward.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee and bring together dispersed workstreams to create a unified program
* Define and identify use cases across teams and establish program dependencies
* Work closely with Sr Leadership to streamline execution
* Drive actual execution of the program, setting up frameworks and governance
* Identify commonalities in use cases to optimize program scalability
* Oversee financials, ensuring appropriate budget allocation and program sustainability
* Strong skills in pulling program insights into presentations and decks, making them look polished and executive-ready
* Passion for presenting, pulling charts, and data visualization
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience as a Senior Product Manager focused on Computer Vision, GenAI, and robotics
* Great communication skills - will be communicating with Senior Leadership
* Enterprise level experience working with different workstreams and identifying use cases across teams to establish program
* Proven experience as a Senior PM handling emerging tech initiatives, specifically in computer vision, AI, robotics, and GenAI
* Strong ability to bring together fragmented workstreams and establish structured programs at an enterprise level
* Experience working in highly matrixed environments, collaborating across multiple teams and departments
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
