Role: Enterprise Architect | Customer Transformation Advisor
Role Description: Presales consulting for Telco Transformation Initiatives
Support Client Partner to generate new leads in Strategic initiatives of Telco Customer
Consultation Telco customer CXOs and Architects on their business priorities and problem areas
Technical Interface between TechM Solutions team and customers on Large / Strategic deals
Lead transformation assignments during the kickoff phase or short term strategic projects
Growth Targets as per the assignment
Areas of Specialization:
Telecom Business Processes & Architecture B2C and B2B
TM Forum ODA
Telecom BSS, OSS and Managed Services
Preferable Network
High Proficiency Verbal and Written Articulation, Concept Modelling, Microsoft PPT, Word
Experience of CXO Level Engagement
Eligibility Criteria:
~20 years of IT Experience with a combination of below roles:
o 5yrs+ Experience of Telco IT Presales with atleast 1 Large and 5 Mid-Size deals win
o 5yrs+ Experience of Telco Transformation Project as Enterprise Architect or Business Analyst or Techno-Business Consulting Atleast 2 End to End Projects
Digital BSS Transformation
OSS Modernization
Understanding of Telco Data analytics and Cloud / Infrastructure, Managed Services
Point of View on Telco Transformation, Generative AI for Telco
Experience of working with Tier-1/Tier-2 Global System Integrators or CSPs
Exposure of leading Tech solutions Amdocs, Netcracker, Oracle, Service Now, Salesforce, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform
Work attitude of a passionate doer (hands-On) beyond a manager (managing people)
Sound Techno-Business Acumen
Experience of Virtual Team working with cultural diversity
Atleast 5 years in country presence with PR or Citizenship
Atleast 3 references at CXO Levels including customer
Preferable: Certification TOGAF, TMF ODA, Tech Certifications
Clean Professional background with required documents & certificates
