Tech Support Representative
Description
Are you a tech savvy professional with the super-human touch? Our tech support rep is a troubleshooting dynamo who provides exceptional service for all customers, utilizing in depth knowledge of our company products and services. To take the customer from I ve got questions to We ve got answers! No two days are alike - but you can count on troubleshooting software, hardware, operating systems, and networks every day! Our tech support reps are adept at testing software, performing repairs, and executing remote software installations.
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Provide exceptional client support and technical issue resolution via E-mail, phone, chat Log work order details for every client within company provided software.
- Train customers on company cloud-based software systems. Setup/configure client software in accordance with support requests.
- Identify, correct and/or advise on operational issues in client computing systems
- Perform remote sessions when required, including, but not limited to, software installation, general PC debugging, data backup/restore, and customer training
- Research customer status using company provided software tools.
- Perform data capture of current trends in field
Qualifications
- Efficient, responsive, diligent. You are a prompt, courteous, and accurate communicator across all channels (email, phone, chat) You re self-motivated and eager to learn.
- You re a problem solver with a commitment to providing wow-worthy tech support each and every day.
- Highly skilled in relevant Information Technology tools, programs, and IT tech support best-practices including cloud based data bases, Windows operating system, modern web browsers, physical hardware, and networking
