Job Details
As an Automation Architect specializing in UiPath - Center of Excellence (COE), your role would focus on designing and implementing automation solutions using UiPath's suite of tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning :
- Develop a comprehensive automation strategy centered around UiPath, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals.
- Create a roadmap for UiPath automation projects, prioritizing high-impact areas.
- Solution Architecture and Design:
- Architect end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient.
- Design reusable components and frameworks within UiPath to accelerate automation initiatives.
- Tool and Technology Selection:
- Evaluate and recommend UiPath tools (e.g., UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, AI Fabric) and other complementary technologies.
- Ensure the integration of UiPath with existing enterprise systems and applications.
- Governance and Best Practices:
- Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices specific to UiPath automation.
- Create and maintain documentation for all automation processes and solutions.
- Technical Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead a team of UiPath developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Collaborate with business units to understand processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
- Stay abreast of the latest UiPath features and industry trends to continuously improve automation solutions.
- Implement and promote the use of AI and machine learning within UiPath for more advanced automation.
- Change Management and Adoption:
- Drive the adoption of UiPath tools and methodologies across the organization.
- Manage the change associated with deploying new automation solutions, including training and support.
- Monitoring, Metrics, and Reporting:
- Set up monitoring and logging within UiPath Orchestrator to track automation performance.
- Report on the impact of UiPath automation projects, including ROI and efficiency gains.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- COE Expertise : Deep understanding of setting up Automation COEs
- UiPath Expertise: Deep understanding of UiPath tools, including Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots.
- Automation and RPA Knowledge: Strong background in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other automation technologies.
- Architecture Skills: Experience in designing robust, scalable automation architectures.
- Leadership and Communication: Ability to lead technical teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Expertise in identifying automation opportunities and solving complex process challenges using UiPath.
- Certifications: UiPath certifications (e.g., UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer, UiPath Certified RPA Architect) are often preferred
