Job Details

We are looking for an Information Specialist II and will consider candidates who are fluent in Spanish.

Position: Information Specialist II

Location: Gettysburg, PA, 17325

Responsibilities:

  • Communication with federal government licensees and telecommunication consumers by answering incoming calls and responding to online inquiries.
  • Being available to work at the FCC office between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, based on the hotline s need.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the project manager.
  • Completing outbound calls to telecommunications consumers as directed by the project manager.
  • Assisting in the training of staff members as assigned by the project manager.
