Satsyil Corp is seeking a Sr. Human Resources Manager. Responsibilities:
Setting objectives for Human Resources team and also tracking progress
Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring process and collaborates with Hiring Managers to understand the skills and competencies required for open positions.
Designing as well as implementing company policies for promoting a healthy environment
Maintains compliance with Federal, state and local employment laws and recommends best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Supporting and suggesting improvements to the recruitment process.
Assist the management with preparing and submitting compliance reporting to various government agencies.
Assisting with the performance management & review process.
Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements.
Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Ensuring the HR team addresses the requests and complains of employees in a timely manner.
Coordinate on-boarding activities with IT Support, Hiring Managers and new hires.
Reviewing Projects/Contracts budgets and monitoring HR metrics.
Discussing the career development paths of employees with Managers.
Hosting and organizing company s recruitment events.
Developing benefits and compensation plans.
Master s Degree in Human Resources or Bachelor s Degree
Advanced professional certifications in human resource management
At least 3-5 years of experience in human resources management
Demonstrated ability to identify, recommend and implement best practice approaches that deliver rapid, consistent, high-quality HR management and service provision in an emergency environment
Good knowledge/working experience of federal and state employment laws and other government compliance regulations (Department of Labor and Immigration)
Demonstrated ability to work, manage, and meet competing deadlines in a fast-paced, high volume environment and on deadline; aptitude for problem solving and decision making needed
Good written and verbal communication skills required. Capable of managing conflict and conflicting views.
Good understanding of humanitarian principles, codes of conduct.
