Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SPC Web UI Developer & UX Designer with 5+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing web-based user interfaces while ensuring a seamless user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing and intuitive UI solutions that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement responsive SPC (Statistical Process Control) web UI solutions.
  • Design user-friendly web interfaces that enhance usability and functionality.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Optimize UI components for performance, accessibility, and scalability.
  • Work with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Ensure compliance with UI/UX best practices, guidelines, and web accessibility standards.
  • Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to enhance designs.
  • Maintain and improve design systems and style guides for consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in UI/UX design and front-end development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in UI development & UX design for web applications.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Strong experience in UX design, wireframing, prototyping, and user research.
  • Expertise in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
  • Understanding of SPC (Statistical Process Control) principles and data visualization techniques.
  • Knowledge of web performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with back-end services.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data visualization libraries like D3.js or Chart.js.
  • Knowledge of Web Accessibility Standards (WCAG, ARIA).
  • Familiarity with backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
