Job Title: HRIS Senior Analyst (Workday Specialist)
Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Senior Analyst with expertise in Workday, experienced in multiple functional areas such as HCM, time tracking, absence, performance, position management, reporting, and analytics. The ideal candidate will excel in troubleshooting HCM-related issues, managing configuration changes across various Workday SKUs, and possess a strong background in developing and executing test scenarios to ensure system accuracy and performance. Proficiency in position management, reporting, and analytics as well as hands-on experience with building dashboards and utilizing Workday hubs is essential. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to optimize Workday processes, provide expert insights, and ensure the system effectively meets organizational needs. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Workday Reporting:
- Create advanced, matrix, and composite reports.
- Update and revise reports as needed to meet evolving business requirements.
- Build alerts and notifications based on reporting insights.
- Design and populate EIBs for key Workday processes, including payroll, benefits, HCM, compensation, promotions, and one-time payments.
- Create and/or modify dashboards and Workday hubs to help with data analytics.
Production Support/ Workday Release Management:
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues, working closely with the business to understand requirements.
- Address system errors and discrepancies reported by HR to ensure optimal system functionality.
- Partner with technical teams to ensure smooth integration of external systems into Workday.
- Lead comprehensive testing, including open enrollment, Calibration and compensation cycle, by creating test scenarios and using dummy data via EIBs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday security issues efficiently (preferred).
- Modify and manage security groups, domains, and policies, ensuring compliance and data integrity (preferred).
- Create and run regression test cases for biannual Workday releases.
- Stay informed on new release features and apply necessary configurations to HCM, absence, time tracking, performance, benefits, and payroll modules. Configuration Troubleshooting
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday, specifically in reporting & analytics, EIB management, HCM, performance, absence and time-tracking.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
