RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a partially remote Decision Logic SME to join their team in Atlanta, GA.

Summary:
In this role, the Decision Logis SME will ensure the accuracy and smooth integration of product data across brands, focusing heavily on data mapping, inventory management, and reporting. Your role will help ensure that the platform delivers operational insights and efficiency to our clients. You will also collaborate closely with other brands to continuously improve the system's functionality and develop strategies for future product releases.

Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day integration and assignment of products across various restaurant brands using the Decision Logic platform
* Ensure accurate syncing of data between the platform, POS systems, and connected Distribution Centers (DCs) to maintain the integrity of sales, labor, and inventory data
* Regularly review and manage product data, ensuring consistency and accuracy across multiple brands and locations
* Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, ensuring that the system remains up-to-date and reliable for users
* Collaborate to gather insights, identify areas for improvement, and lead intake discussions for future software releases
* Work with cross-functional teams to analyze trends, usage patterns, and customer feedback to drive new product features and enhancements
* Contribute to the long-term strategy and evolution of the Decision Logic platform, focusing on improving usability, efficiency, and integration capabilities
* Support the creation of operational reports and analytics that aid clients in tracking key metrics

REQUIREMENTS:
* Familiarity with BOH Software Systems: Strong experience with Decision Logic or comparable SaaS-based BOH restaurant management software (e.g., Restaurant365, Crunchtime, NBO (NCR), Restaurant Magic)
* Hands-On Data Management experience: Proven ability in data mapping, inventory management, and operational reporting in a restaurant or multi-location environment
* Strong Excel Skills: Comfort with advanced Excel functions for managing and analyzing large datasets, with a focus on tracking metrics and making data-driven decisions
* Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to manage complex data structures while ensuring accuracy and consistency across various platforms and locations
* Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and contribute to the long-term development of the product, while also managing day-to-day operational tasks
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working in multi-brand environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, operations, product management)
* Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies and implement solutions quickly

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
