IBM Business Automation Administrator

Location: Austin, TX

Description:

Seeking ahighly motivated professional to fill an opening for an IBM Business Automation Administrator to support our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Install, upgrade, support and maintain the following IBM FileNet Content Manager components.

Content Platform Engine

Content Management Interoperability Services

IBM Content Navigator

IBM Content Collector

IBM Content Search Services

Creating and customizing IBM Content Navigator Desktops

Designing and developing IBM Enterprise records taxonomies, workflows, and subscriptions to implement content retention and disposal.

Configuring content-based retrieval on classes.

Configuring database connection, storage area, setup encryption on storage area.

Creating and monitoring custom scripts that use FileNet and CMIS API calls

Required Skills and Experience:

Experience working with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platforms, such as IBM FileNet, IBM Business Automation Workflow, etc.

Familiar with Taxonomy design and creating FileNet repositories.

Able to create Connection Point, Configure Code Module, Records Management Adapters in ACCE and PCC

Familiar with Administration Console for Content Platform Engine (ACCE) and Process Configuration Console (PCC)

Hands on experience with PowerShell, Python, or Java

Hands on experience using Microsoft SQL - Transaction SQL

Willingness to learn new things, work on new certifications, and continuous learning

Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable working under pressure and handling multiple tasks simultaneously

Experience working in a fast-paced environment with ability to adapt to changes

Desired Experience and Skills:

Knowledge of the following tools to intake electronic content and create electronic processing workflows with customized interfaces and automation

IBM Business Automation Workflow

IBM Business Automation Studio

Application Designer

Decision Designer

Document Processing Designer

Workflow designer

IBM Business Automation Navigator

IBM Robotic Process Automation

IBM Datacap

IBM Case Manager

Ability to create REST APIs (Process and Operations REST APIs) for generating services to support the workflows

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering, mathematics, or other technical discipline

5+ years of relevant experience

Additional 5+ years of relevant experience may be substituted for education


Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security clearance.
