Duration : FT Hire
70% of the work will be Analysis and reports development and 30% is PM.
The Product Analyst 2 plays a crucial role in driving data-informed decision-making by analyzing product performance, generating insights, and supporting product optimization. This role combines data analysis with a solid understanding of product development and performance metrics. Key responsibilities include streamlining reporting processes, collaborating with stakeholders to define dashboard requirements, ensuring data quality, and continuously enhancing reporting systems. The Product Analyst 2 independently develops data-driven solutions, transforming data into actionable insights to support business and provider management decisions.
Job Responsibilities:
The role focuses on data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development using Qlik and Power BI to provide actionable insights. Key responsibilities include:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct in-depth data analysis, create ad hoc reports, and develop dashboards to track KPIs and business metrics.
- Dashboard Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to design, build, and maintain interactive Qlik and Power BI dashboards, ensuring scalability and user-friendliness.
- Reporting Logic & QA: Define and document reporting logic, perform QA testing, and validate data accuracy to ensure consistent reporting across platforms.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Partner with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements, provide insights for product development, and ensure reports align with business goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Enhance reporting processes, stay updated on new tools and features, and identify opportunities to create new dashboards and data products to support decision-making.
Required Skills & Experience :
- Bachelor s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics).
- 5 years of experience in a product analytics, data analysis, or similar role, with a focus on reporting and dashboard development.
- Extensive experience with Qlik and Power BI to build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports.
- Solid understanding of Power Query for data transformation and integration in Power BI.
- Proven experience in developing, documenting, and QA'ing reporting logic for complex datasets and KPIs.
- Experience working in a product-driven or technology-driven company.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong Proficiency in SQL with the ability to extract, transform and analyze large datasets including the correct use of conditional filters, subqueries, indexes, and variable manipulation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to write complex formulas, apply logical and statistical functions, and create dashboards.
- Knowledge of additional reporting and data visualization tools
- Experience in automating reporting processes and improving operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated experience in designing user interfaces with a focus on information delivery.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from data and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring data accuracy and consistency across reports and dashboards.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
