Job Title: Sr. Project Manager, Global Equity Compensation
Job ID: 24-03948 Location: Exton, Pa or Lexington, MA (Hybrid 2 days a week on-site)
Duration: 12 months on W2 contract (Possible contract to hire role for right fit)
OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE (3-4 bullets).
  • This role will provide project management and operational support for the management of Client's global compensation equity programs.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders, team members and external vendors, this role will drive execution of global compensation equity processes and deliverables in support of Client's Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) operations. In parallel, the successful candidate will also make
  • recommendations with respect to effective standardizations and drive operational improvements.
  • We are looking for a senior professional with exceptional project management and analytical skills, ability to communicate effectively at all levels and interest to work within a team matrix environment.
  • Once initial onboarding is completed on-site, this position will be a hybrid role with some remote and onsite days each week. The role must be based within commuting distance to either the Exton, PA or Lexington, MA Client offices.
ACCOUNTABILITIES (Describe the primary duties and responsibilities of the job. Include only the essential functions of the job. Approximately 5 10 bulleted task statements should be identified).
  • Develops and drives the overall annual equity compensation project plan as well as various special projects or related key plan activities.
  • Supports the delivery of equity compensation plan actions on grant and vest activities under
  • our LTIP as well as ESPP Offers .
  • Identifies, creates, and drives efficient project timelines for internal team, stakeholders, and vendor facing deliverables.
  • Schedules and leads checkpoint calls with internal team and external partners to provide project status updates and to discuss open items.
  • Maintains and organizes project meeting materials such as agenda, minutes and timeline.
  • Takes ownership and facilitates resolutions to stakeholder questions/issues using the available internal and external resources.
  • Prepares equity compensation data with use of Excel formulas/tools, including but not limited to: data extracts, data formatting, data manipulation and editing to ensure completeness and accuracy to ensure compliance with plan requirements and stakeholder expectation.
  • Manages multiple plan activities, changing priorities to manage and prioritize project needs.
  • Focuses on learning in everyday activities and events.
  • Collaborates with and openly shares knowledge with colleagues
  • Inspires a project management and continuous improvement mindset within the Equity Compensation Operations team.
DIMENSIONS AND ASPECTS:
  • Technical/Functional (Line) Expertise (Breadth and depth of knowledge, application and complexity of technical knowledge)
  • Ability to create and manage large project plans and design procedures and process flows.
  • Must be competent with Jira or similar software and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to prepare and review large and complex database files perform data manipulation, V-lookups, Index matching, and pivot tables in excel is required.
  • Further advanced excel skills in data analytics will be helpful.

EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
Essential:
  • Bachelor's degree with Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Economics and/or
  • Mathematics preferred emphasis
  • 5 - 7 years' Experience and proven track record in project Management of corporate-wide, and cross-functional processes and programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and stakeholder management.
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to research and analyse data drawn from multiple sources to find problems and make effective recommendations and influence decisions.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with an unwavering attention to detail.
  • Collaborative relationship builder and team player
  • Personal credibility, time management and resourcefulness.
  • Demonstrated experience with Workday is preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills required.
