Description

Sr. Program Manager (Engineering)

Location: hybrid in Bellevue, WA (3 days onsite per week, 2 remote)

Duration: 15 months with potential for extension/conversion



Summary:

The Program Manager will be responsible for leading multiple large-scale projects concurrently related to product software and process development, including direct supervision of analysts and indirect leadership of cross-functional team members. Products include cloud-based software used to facilitate ambulatory cardiac monitoring and reporting.

Responsibilities:

Working with Revenue Cycle Management, Product Management, Finance, Operations and IT ensures that needs of key stakeholders are analyzed and clearly specified and prioritized.

Manage project scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, and constraints while focusing timely delivery to milestones

Manage projects to build, deploy and support cloud-based and mobile applications used for monitoring patients and delivering ECG reports

Assign, track, and follow-up on various tasks removing obstacles hindering progress

Organize and lead project meetings across several concurrent projects while keeping stakeholders regularly updated

Resolve obstacles by creating the appropriate modifications to the project plan to minimize risks and issues

Leverage resources and tools across multiple teams to improve capacity and efficiency for project completion

Support the project sponsor in managing expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance

Support the technical team in preparation of documents for regulatory compliance

Requirements

Qualifications:

1.Extensive experience managing complex, customer facing, software projects

2.Experience with regulated products, preferably healthcare or medical device

2.Experience managing Agile software development projects

3.Thorough understanding of SW Development lifecycle methodologies and processes, including.

4.Experience with cloud-based software, preferably in Azure

5.Excellent verbal and written communication skills

6.Extremely organized and able to execute under pressure

7.Experience with Azure DevOps

Education and/or Experience:

BS Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent required

10+ years required Project Leadership related experience with demonstrable evidence of successfully partnering with customers and achieving shared goals and outcomes.

Prior experience managing software development and integrations projects.

Experience working with offshore development resources desired

Healthcare and/or medical device experience is preferred.
