Job Title: Identity IMO Integration Lead Location: Remote Duration: 1 Year Contract
Job Description:
Client's Identity Security Platform organization is seeking a highly skilled professional with a hybrid skillset. This role emphasizes expertise in the coordination, management, and implementation, of identity controls and capabilities. As a key member of our security team, you will play a vital role in integrating Client s identity services with internal and external technology resources. You ll focus on identifying business requirements, refining them in to actionable work items, and overseeing the corresponding implementation.
Responsibilities:
Oversee work related to enterprise identity projects and drive the assignment and delivery of associated work items.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align assignment of work items, and map dependencies.
Monitor and report on the status of technical work items, providing needed context to adjust priority and align required resources.
Support agile and waterfall based project management methodologies.
Implement and manage solutions to ensure secure and efficient authentication and authorization processes aligned with industry best practices.
Drive the onboarding of applications, systems, and services, in to Client s identity solutions, including authentication, authorization, identity governance, and identity management.
Evaluation of company standards and policies to understand cybersecurity requirements.
Collaborate with Identity Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support the implementation of technical integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and troubleshoot IAM-related issues, ensuring solutions are secure, compliant, and scalable.
Collaborate with external business partners to support merger, acquisition, and integration activities.
Qualifications:
Experience supporting the implementation of identity security solutions and cybersecurity capabilities.
Significant experience with work planning and supporting requirements-driven technical projects.
Troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving dependencies, blockers, and challenges.
Experience with planning and collaboration tools, including Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft Excel, Lucidchart.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment, adapt to evolving security challenges, and maintain a secure, compliant, and scalable IAM solution.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Hands-on experience supporting EntraID, Okta, Ping Federate, or Active Directory.
Directly contribute to identity projects focused on merger, acquisition, and integration.
Experience contributing to larger enterprise projects that involve multiple business units.
