Ho'olaulima Government Solutions LLC (HGS) is a Small Business Administration-certified, Native Hawaiian Organization-Owned, 8(a) Small Business that provides services and solutions in the areas of Environmental Services, Information Technology Services, Healthcare Services and Professional and Technical Services to the Department of Defense and other Federal agencies.


HGS is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Kina'ole Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit established to benefit Native Hawaiian communities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IA security policies and procedures
  • Secure and protect IA solutions, data, and platforms
  • Monitor and analyze IA systems for potential security threats
  • Provide technical support for IA security incidents and vulnerabilities
  • Conduct security audits and risk assessments on IA systems
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IA security technologies and trends
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate IA systems with other security solutions
  • Manage access controls and authentication for IA systems
  • Develop and maintain IA security documentation
  • Implement backup and recovery procedures for IA systems

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IA System Security Administrator
  • Solid understanding of IA technologies and architecture
  • Strong knowledge of IA security practices, including data encryption, authentication, and access control
  • Experience with security compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO, or SOC 2
  • Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
