Robert Half is currently seeking a Functional SAP Analyst for our client in Madison, WI. This role involves implementing and managing SAP systems, with a focus on functional areas such as manufacturing, EEM, Sales Order Management, and FICO. The Functional SAP Analyst will play a key role in their SAP implementation.
This is a Direct/Permanent Hire role that will require a hybrid work schedule in Madison.

Robert Half is currently seeking a Functional SAP Analyst for our client in Madison, WI. The Functional SAP Analyst will play a key role in their SAP implementation.

Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage SAP systems, with a focus on functional areas such as manufacturing, EEM, Sales Order Management, and FICO.
- Lead the planning and implementation of small to mid-size projects and facilitate requirements gathering, definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Contribute to the implementation of our SAP system across multiple release waves.
- Provide support and end-user training for SAP, and related applications.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and obstacles.
- Translate business requirements into SAP system requirements, functional specifications, design and porotypes.
- Ensure that technical and system design solutions meet business requirements, unit testing and coordination of testing with end users.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SAP (Manufacturing, EEM, FICO, SD, etc), including SAP implementation experience.
- Experience in SAP configuration.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP implementation with a focus on system process design and configuration.
- Ability to analyze "As Is" and "To Be" business processes and complete fit/gap analysis for business requirements.
- Ability to collaborate with business counterparts and help guide business decisions on system and process changes.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot system issues.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between business and technical teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
