Detailed Job Description:
Produce technical documents for all applications deployed at JP, Durham using Customer recommended format along with industry best practices.
Edit and proofread technical documents for clarity, grammar, and accuracy.
Conduct thorough research to understand the product, technology, or process being documented
Create diagrams, charts, and other visual aids to complement written content
Document software and database processes
Ensure documentation complies with company standards and industry regulations
Work across multiple teams to gather information and generate documentation that all members of the Process Engineering team can utilize to be successful in their day-to-day activities.
May lead, guide, and train employees by performing related work as part of the discovery phase.
May assist in 5S standardization programs
Communicate effectively and professionally and work as part of a larger team.
Produce user Interface guides for related applications
Use various documentation tools and software, such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and content management systems
Maintain version control of documents to track changes and updates
Minimum years of experience:>10 years
