Job Details
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Education, Human Resources, Counseling, or related field (Master s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or adult education.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and educational technology tools.
- Experience in career counseling or workforce development is a plus.
