Job Details
Staff Tech is looking for a candidate with AI/ML expertise, cloud technology experience, leadership skills, and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, as well as the full-stack development experience and relevant certifications. This will also have responsibilities of leading teams and delivering AI/ML projects.
- At least three (3) years of experience in design and development of AI/ML solutions, with a proven track record of delivering successful AI/ML projects.
- At least three (3) years of experience with design and implementation of IT solutions with cloud technologies, especially Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
- At least five (5) years of experience with full stack technologies for AI/ML applications.
- Five (5) years of experience of conveying complex technical concepts and ideas to non-technical stakeholders using written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in leading AI/ML development teams and mentoring junior developers, data analysts, and data scientists.
- Professional Certifications in AI/ML from recognized institutions or publicly available educational platforms/programs.
- BA/BS Degree in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Science, or related technical discipline, or practical experience.
