Job Details

Role: Business Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 6-12+Months
Need candidates with Medicare (or) Medicaid exp.
No C2C "Only on our W2"

Key Responsibilities:
Support Manager of Process Improvement in planning and executing process improvement initiatives across different business functions
Facilitate discovery sessions with workgroups and/or SMEs to understand current state process workflows
Create clear and accurate current state and future state process maps using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, etc.
Assist in root cause analysis and identify improvement opportunities using lean six sigma tools such as SIPOC, 5 Why s, Fishbone diagrams
Assist in designing and delivering training materials and workshops to support operational readiness for process changes
Help foster a culture of continuous improvement through knowledge sharing, engagement, and collaboration.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a business operation, process improvement, or process analyst role
Experience facilitating team discussions and gathering business process workflow details
Proficiency in creating process maps using tools like Visio or Lucidchart (they will need to provide an example, MUST know how to map)
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex workflows into simple visual diagrams and documentation
Ability to think critically, see the big picture, connect process details to organization goals
Willingness to learn and adapt to new ways of working
Foundational understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles; Yellow Belt certification or some coursework preferred
Experience in healthcare, managed care, or regulatory environment is a plus
Experience working with a process improvement team and/or similar business function is a plus

Other Qualifications:
Ability to work 8-5 PST
Is comfortable working remotely
