CSI is Seeking an Onsite Help Desk/Support Technician in La Palma CA for their large well known Payroll Processing client

Location - Onsite Monday - Friday in La Palma CA

Pay - up to 35 dollars an hour

*Must have experience supporting MAC's *

This resource will Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems as well as Provide support to end users on a variety of issues.

  • Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
  • Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.
  • Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
