Description

Provide comprehensive desktop and end-user support

Manage and maintain Windows Server (2019,2016,2012)

Oversee Active Directory, Group Policy, and Scripting operations

Supervise corporate antivirantispam, security & backup solutions

Handle TCP/IP, Switching, DNS, and DHCP related tasks

Oversee the use of VMware/Virtual Environments

Manage Firewall systems

Monitor and manage VoIP systems

Supervise Azure operations

Oversee Microsoft endpoint operations

Manage Citrix operations

Oversee Terminal Service Environment.

Requirements

Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.

Knowledge of Azure Active Directory

Strong understanding of project management principles.

Demonstrated ability to manage personnel and complex IT tasks.

Superior problem-solving capabilities with a strategic and analytical mindset.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal.

Experience in controlling information technology budget.

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.

Proficient in data analysis and process mapping.

Understanding of IT infrastructure trends and technologies.

Solid technical background with a capacity to address accessibility and compatibility issues.

Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and specifications.

Professional certification in IT project management would be a plus.

Proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite and project management software.
