Job Summary:
  • Help Desk Operations. Provide highly specialized and responsive support to a mobile and technologically equipped workforce.
  • Escalate requests to support partners throughout the Service and vendor support teams.
  • Serve as a primary point of communication for the status of pending requests, service outages, and maintenance activities within the IT environment.
  • Desktop, laptop and Mobile Device Support
  • Responsible for deployment, management, and support of IPads, tablets, mobile devices.
  • Support the end user desktops and laptops. Server Support
  • Track server activity, performing upgrades of software, maintain computer hardware, address questions about technical problems, and improve efficiency by evaluating system network functions.
