The University of Pittsburgh School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences Data Center seeks a Senior Data Manager to work in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a hybrid office-based/work-from-home position within the United States that will be responsible for: (i) design ing , build ing and test ing of complex data collection systems for clinical and/or research studies; (ii) monitoring input and validation of research data for multiple projects through structured queries ; (iii) generating regular reports for study teams including data visualization; (iv) performing statistical analysis for multiple research projects; and (v) developing, revising, and maintaining standard operating procedures for data management of projects, including tracking of project milestones and timelines.

This is a hybrid office-based/work-from-home position within the United States. The employee can work remotely from within the United States but must be able to work in the Pittsburgh office two (2) days per week.

Must have a bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Health Information Management, Health Sciences, Statistics, or a related field plus three (3) years of experience in a related position.

Experience must include three (3) years working with: (i) relational databases , data management, and maintaining study data in computerized database system (SQL Management Studio) ; (ii) SAS/R and Tableau/PowerBI for data reporting, analysis, and visualization; (iii) diagnosing, profiling, reporting, tracking and resolving data quality issues ; (iv) t he application of good practices for data integrity and security ; (v) basic data analysis techniques for research purposes ; and (vi) the manipulation and integration of multiple data sources.

Experience can be concurrent.
