We are currently looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to join our team with one of our clients. I would like to tell you a bit more about this position and learn a few things about you, as well.

Location: San Francisco, CA (Remote Role)

Job Summary:

As a Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role as a technical consultant, collaborating with both new and existing. Your focus will be on implementing best practices, enhancing user adoption, and ensuring scalability for long-term success. You will be instrumental in advising clients on Customer Success solutions from both a business and technical perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently or as part of a small team, implement for new clients and provide ongoing support to existing clients to enhance their implementations.
  • Conduct business and technical design workshops to develop scalable solutions.
  • Monitor product adoption, customer behaviors, and configuration adjustments to drive positive client outcomes.
  • Manage project timelines effectively and maintain accurate tracking of hours to achieve utilization targets.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Professional Services or Enterprise Product Implementation, with a preference for SaaS experience.
  • Strong technical skills in areas such as CRM, relational databases, and data integration processes.
  • 1-5 years experience in a Customer Success role.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Self-motivated and capable of working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
