At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

Those in Workday technology at PwC will focus on specialising and managing Workday's suite of cloud-based software and solutions within an organisation. Workday offers a range of applications for human resources (HR), finance, payroll, talent management, and other business functions.

Demonstrates extensive level of abilities with, and/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs by:

• Leading workshops with clients and 3rd party vendors to translate business requirements into Workday integration designs;
• Advising clients on both industry and technology leading practices;
• Understanding of overall Workday technology including Workday data conversion methodology, data conversion tools and report writer;
• Exploring design options creatively in a collaborative setting with clients and external vendors leveraging your knowledge of the Workday technology platform and/or using prototyping;
• Demonstrating technical specialization in implementing Workday integrations of all types, with deep experience in Workday Studio Integration Designer Toolset;
• Leading the entire technical workstream and coordinate with various functional module leads and client stakeholders to propose a solution that meets client's needs;
• Experience with technical effort estimation, proposals and sales process;
• Demonstrating technical integration experience with external 3rd parties e.g., Banking, Recruiting and Payroll service providers;
• Demonstrating expertise with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application delivery on a global level;
• Influencing and managing stakeholder expectations;
• Hands-on experience with database and application design technologies, i.e., SQL, XML/XLST, Web Services (SOAP, REST), middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.);
• Demonstrating familiarity with object-oriented data structures and related scripting languages, i.e., JavaScript, Java, MVEL, JSON, etc.;
• Demonstrating knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, XP, and Kanban;
• Demonstrating proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio;
• Exhibiting communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Encouraging continued alignment to PwC IT Integration Standards and the correct selection of technologies, where appropriate acting as a champion for these standards; and,
• Working across a distributed technical landscape to design, develop, test, and support integrated solutions.

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
