Job Title: Senior SailPoint IdentityNow Developer / Identity and Access Management Consultant - (Contract) - Job#5259
Location: 100% Remote
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior SailPoint IdentityNow Developer to support a large-scale IdentityNow implementation for our client. This position focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining identity and access management (IAM) solutions and enhancing the overall IAM system. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical expertise, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a senior member of the Identity & Access Management (IAM) Program team, overseeing the IAM solution's design, development, and maintenance.

  • Manage SailPoint IdentityNow systems, ensuring they are efficient, secure, and up-to-date.

  • Lead the design and implementation of IAM solutions, including integration with application authentication systems (SSO, MFA).

  • Develop and maintain custom connectors, workflows, rules, and forms in SailPoint IdentityNow.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation related to SailPoint technologies.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and deliver robust solutions, ensuring seamless integration across various applications.

  • Participate in Jira epics and sprints, maintaining accountability and transparency on project progress.

  • Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and complex issue resolution for server hardware and application software.

  • Implement and manage user access review and re-certification processes, ensuring compliance and security standards are met.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

  • Support testing of new functionality in Dev/Test/Pre-Prod environments and ensure proper solution design.

  • Represent the IAM program internally, working across teams to promote best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in identity and access management, with at least 3 years of experience implementing IAM solutions at an enterprise level.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Extensive experience with SailPoint IdentityNow.

    • Proficiency with ILM components and IAM concepts (e.g., SSO, MFA).

    • Strong understanding of SQL and other database technologies.

    • Familiarity with Universal Directory solutions (e.g., RadiantOne, Okta Directory) and RESTful APIs.

    • Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python.

    • Knowledge of Cybersecurity and PAM (Privileged Access Management) concepts.

    • Experience with Agile/Scrum project execution and familiarity with ServiceNow.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining IAM concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

    • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
