We are seeking an experienced Marketing Leader to drive strategy and execution for a multi-state senior living company. This role is a pivotal leadership position, reporting directly to the CEO and collaborating with Sales and Operations to elevate the company s brand and growth across 20+ communities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing efforts, including digital and traditional campaigns, for a rapidly growing senior living portfolio.
  • Develop innovative strategies to generate leads and manage brand identity across multiple states.
  • Oversee internal and external communications, ensuring a consistent and effective message.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team while managing third-party vendor relationships.

What You ll Bring:

  • 10+ years of senior living or related industry experience, with a strong background in marketing, lead generation, and brand management.
  • Proven success leading marketing initiatives at the executive level.
  • A visionary approach, capable of scaling programs to support multi-state growth.
  • Expertise in digital tools, traditional media, and innovative marketing techniques.
