Location: Remote
Duration: 12+ Month
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Google and Genesys Cloud solutions, including migrations, integrations, and enhancements.
- Design and develop Google Dialogflow bots to enhance customer self-service capabilities.
- Conduct discovery workshops to understand client business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including call flows, design documents, and training materials.
- Provide technical training to the customer on Genesys Cloud and Google Dialogflow.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Act as a key technical POC for the customer to assist with troubleshooting issues involving Google and Genesys .
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Genesys and Google Cloud features and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and share knowledge across the team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Genesys Cloud architecture, design, and implementation.
- Experience leading Genesys Cloud migrations from legacy on-premise platforms.
- Strong understanding of Genesys Cloud call flows, routing, IVR, and reporting.
- Experience with Genesys Cloud APIs and third-party integrations.
- MUST have cloud dev experience.
- Experience with Google Dialogflow CX design, development, and implementation.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and client-facing skills.
- Strong Software Development background.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Genesys Cloud certifications.
- Experience with other contact center technologies, such as Avaya, Cisco, and Amazon Connect.
