Description

We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity in the technology sector in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We are seeking a dedicated IT Director to join our team and help us manage and improve our tech operations. This role involves a variety of functions including networking, support, and ERP, as well as recruiting and managing team members.

Responsibilities:
Lead the IT department, including all hardware, software, and networking
Oversee the effective installation, management and maintenance of all IT systems
Implement and manage cloud technologies across the organization
Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to optimize business operations
Manage CRM systems to ensure smooth customer relationship management
Be the primary point of contact for all IT related issues
Recruit, permanent, and train new IT staff members
Collaborate with HR for recruitment and other personnel management functions
Ensure the company's IT systems are secure and up-to-date
Resolve any IT related issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in an IT Director role or similar managerial position
Comprehensive knowledge of Cloud Technologies
Proficiency in CRM software and its applications in business
Solid understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
Familiarity with Computer Hardware and its implementation in a business environment
Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities
Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic approach
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage and lead a team of IT professionals
Understanding of data analysis and data-driven decision-making
Degree in Computer Science, IT, or relevant field
Detail oriented certifications would be advantageous.
