Title: Program Manager III
Location: Remote (US Only)
Duration: Long term contract - Max 24 months
Compensation: $65.00-$80.00/hr

Skillset / Experience:
The Program Manager III will support commercial operations, partner troubleshooting, and program development for Government and Nonprofit partners globally.
Responsibilities:
- Operations:
- Manage back-end operations for company programs, including tracking submissions via internal forms.
- Maintain and audit internal trackers for government-related activities.
- Conduct audits of existing databases.
- Internal Approvals:
- Coordinate internal, cross-functional approvals for government submissions using internal tools.
- Contracting:
- Own the legal contracting process, serving as the point of contact for internal legal teams and external partners.
- Partner Management:
- Act as a point of escalation to resolve partner troubleshooting issues.
- Collaborate with partner managers and finance teams on credit memo requests.
Minimum Qualifications:
- College degree.
- 3+ years of experience in program management, operations, or a similar role.
- Experience in operations at a large company.
- Familiarity with data entry and legal contracts.
- Proficiency with complex tools and managing large data sets.
