Job Details

Title: Program Manager III
Location: Remote (US Only)
Duration: Long term contract - Max 24 months
Compensation: $65.00-$80.00/hr
Work Requirements: , Holders, or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Skillset / Experience:
The Program Manager III will support commercial operations, partner troubleshooting, and program development for Government and Nonprofit partners globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Operations:
    • Manage back-end operations for company programs, including tracking submissions via internal forms.
    • Maintain and audit internal trackers for government-related activities.
    • Conduct audits of existing databases.
  • Internal Approvals:
    • Coordinate internal, cross-functional approvals for government submissions using internal tools.
  • Contracting:
    • Own the legal contracting process, serving as the point of contact for internal legal teams and external partners.
  • Partner Management:
    • Act as a point of escalation to resolve partner troubleshooting issues.
    • Collaborate with partner managers and finance teams on credit memo requests.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • College degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in program management, operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience in operations at a large company.
  • Familiarity with data entry and legal contracts.
  • Proficiency with complex tools and managing large data sets.
