Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's vision and goals. Identify market opportunities and customer needs to drive product innovation and differentiation.
- Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that outlines key features, enhancements, and milestones. Prioritize initiatives based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate across the organization to ensure successful product launch es . Facilitate effective communication and alignment across departments.
- Customer Insights: Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and analyze usage data to inform product decisions. Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product development process.
- Execution: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations and business objectives .
- Metrics and KPIs: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize product performance.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members , fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Provide leadership and direction to drive team success.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role. Experience in the software or technology industry, with preference towards those with a history in automation or workflow management solutions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business , Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field , or equivalent work experience . MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Leadership: Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best work.
- Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics. Ability to translate customer insights into actionable product requirements and features.
- Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of software development processes and technologies. Ability to work effectively with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.
