Governance Analyst Level 2

Required Experience:

Level 2 requires a minimum of 2+ years with M.S., or 5+ years with B.S.

Required Clearance:

TS/SCI + CI Poly

About the Position:

As a member of the GOVERNMENT/CUSTOMER program providing Enterprise Planning and Management support to the customer's groups and offices, you will work as a member of the GOVERNMENT/CUSTOMER Governance team and perform activities primarily in support of the COMM Directorate. You will be expected to develop executive-level communications and correspondence with a high degree of comprehensiveness, accuracy, and timeliness of written information. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

The successful candidate will:

  • Facilitate the execution and enhancement of governance processes for large NRO directorate and front office.
  • Provide governance board support through the facilitation and coordination of board activities, meetings, and tasks.
  • Tailor best practices for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate closely with action owners to ensure proper implementation of leadership decisions and taskings.
  • Apply principles and techniques of governance, business management, configuration control and other methodologies as appropriate.
  • Maintain and enhance governance-related metrics, including collection, analysis, and reporting methods.

Required qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance, with CI Poly
  • MS with 2+ years or BS with 5+ years of demonstrated performance related to tasks above
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to excel as a member of a collaborative team through open communication, transparency, and flexibility
  • Ability to relate professionally with senior Government customers and colleagues

Desired qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
  • Experience supporting government organization's Management Control Processes
  • IC experience
