RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a fully remote PayCor Consultant to join their team.
Duties Include:
* PayCor Consultant will lead data migration activities from Paycor to Workday HR system, ensuring accuracy and integrity
* Clean, cleanse, and prepare data for migration, identifying inconsistencies and implementing corrective measures
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR and IT teams, to understand data requirements and migration goals
* Design and execute validation processes to verify data accuracy post-migration
* As a PayCor Consultant, you will create documentation for data transfer processes and maintain data integrity throughout the migration lifecycle
* Conduct gap analysis to identify data discrepancies and propose solutions
* Monitor and report on data migration progress, escalating issues as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a similar role, with a focus on HR systems (Paycor, Workday preferred)
* Expertise in data cleaning, cleansing, and transfer processes
* Familiarity with HRIS platforms, particularly Workday and Paycor
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle large datasets and ensure data quality
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Experience with SQL, Excel, or other data management tools
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders
* Availability to work EST hours
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
