Come join Intuit's DevX team as Manager 3 focused on building the next generation Application Fabric that includes web development frameworks, tools and runtime orchestration.Application fabric is a critical part of Intuit's strategy to power critical revenue generating applications like Quickbooks, Turbotax et al. The cutting-edge large scale platform will offer experiences that enable App creators to build and publish new apps.

On the technology stack, the leader will be overseeing platform development that spans the latest in web application tooling, Javacript based frameworks and runtime and rethinking how they could be seamlessly blended with state of the art collocated experiences across application offerings.

Responsibilities

Leading software development by gathering functional / non-functional requirements, driving technical decisions, teaming and capacity planning.

Lead design, product development of UI frameworks, web tooling, app observability and modern app development experiences

Manage a team of ICs with focus on individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables

Result oriented mindset with an affinity to produce high quality platforms

Define, implement, and automate the continuous deployment of highly available, production workloads with zero downtime, along with operational metrics for monitoring

Acting as the technical subject matter expert: Mentoring highly talented engineers while demonstrating technical expertise and drive solutions for challenging problems

Experience with Agile Development, SCRUM, or Extreme Programming methodologies

Engage with the open-source community, collaborate with third-party partners and contributors

Evangelize the product through blogs, social media, demos and presentations at conferences, and meet-ups
