Role: Reporting (Tableau) BA
Location: Dallas, Texas (Hybrid)
Type: Contract
Job Duties:
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand business needs.
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Analyze business data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities.
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings.
- Support decision-making with quantitative and qualitative insights.
- Evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and recommend process optimization strategies.
- Work with teams to implement process automation and digital transformation solutions.
- Assist in designing business solutions, including workflows, system integrations, and operational changes.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the feasibility of technical solutions.
Minimum Skills Required:
- 10+ years of business analysis experience in data driven projects with proven requirements gathering skills
- 3+ years of experience in SQL and Excel
- 5+ years of experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Visio
- 7+ years of experience writing Business Requirement Documents or Functional Requirements Documents.
