Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and external vendors.
- Oversee data migration processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Train and support end-users on the new ERP system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing ERP implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of data migration processes and best practices.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
