Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Web Marketing Manager to lead growth initiatives and optimization efforts to achieve ambitious revenue goals. This role collaborates with product managers, data and analytics teams, and design teams to enhance user experience, optimize landing pages, and drive web conversions. You'll identify new business opportunities within CRO projects and implement strategies to support marketing campaigns, improve site performance, and meet business objectives. This position champions a culture of continuous learning and process improvement within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop feedback programs tailored to buyer journeys and targeted segments, leveraging Voice of Customer (VOC) insights.
- Use customer insights, competitive analysis, and industry best practices to optimize landing pages and user journeys.
- Oversee testing plans and roadmap, ensuring effective execution of tests. Prioritize projects that balance immediate needs with long-term objectives, fostering continuous improvement and team development.
- Expertise in creating hypotheses, designing tests, and experiment prioritization. Strong knowledge in statistical analysis.
- Manage technical SEO efforts to enhance site visibility and performance. Work with the content team to develop an organic growth strategy based on industry trends. Understand and support personalized web journeys with CRO.
- Partner with the Web Data & Analytics team to assess test performance, inform future strategies, and develop compelling data narratives and propose new test ideas.
- Partner with UX team to create landing pages that enhance user experience, boost conversion rates, and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Digital Marketing, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in high-tech, high-performance role with strong technical and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, GTM, Glassbox, etc.), and technical SEO tools.
- Strong understanding of UX design principles and familiarity with prototype testing and wireframing (using Figma, Userlytics, Wevo, etc.)
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Familiarity with web personalization strategies and tools is a plus.
Location: Menlo Park, CA
Onsite: Hybrid schedule (2 days/week)
Compensation: $140K-$155K base + bonus
