Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Hybrid - Harbor Point, Baltimore, MD
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
The Marketing Technology Systems Administrator will support the day-to-day administration, optimization, and enhancement of marketing technology platforms-primarily Seismic, Adobe Workfront, and AEM Assets. The role will drive operational efficiencies, manage metadata and user access, assist in dashboard development, and support marketing content lifecycle initiatives. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and experience in marketing technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities: Platform Administration & Configuration
Required:
Location: Hybrid - Harbor Point, Baltimore, MD
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- In-office: 3 days/week (Tues & Wed required, 3rd day is flexible)
- Remote: 2 days/week
Note: Candidate must use their own device to connect via Citrix.

The role will drive operational efficiencies, manage metadata and user access, assist in dashboard development, and support marketing content lifecycle initiatives. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and experience in marketing technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities: Platform Administration & Configuration
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access within Seismic, Adobe Workfront, and AEM Assets
- Create and maintain custom fields, variables, forms, templates, reports, and shared tables in Seismic and Workfront
- Monitor and maintain Seismic profiles, including governance, rule updates, testing, and publishing
- Oversee tagging and taxonomy within Seismic and AEM Assets
- Perform bulk updates, tag cleanups, and support data-driven decisions using Excel-based tag utilization analysis
- Upload and publish documents into Seismic as shared by other teams
- Ensure proper classification and organization of marketing materials
- Partner with stakeholders to analyze workflows in Adobe Workfront and identify areas for efficiency and improvement
- Support process changes and enhancements with minimal disruption to existing operations
- Conduct regular user audits for compliance and proper access control
- Create and manage user groups and access policies in Seismic and Workfront
- Define and document dashboard requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
- Recommend improvements based on dashboard performance and user feedback
- Maintain thorough documentation for platform configurations, workflows, access controls, and best practices
- Stay up to date with feature releases and enhancements in Seismic, Workfront, and AEM Assets
- Identify and recommend opportunities for improving platform usage and user experience
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong understanding of the marketing content lifecycle
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and an operational mindset
- Experience with Seismic, Adobe Workfront, and AEM Assets (Cloud)
- Familiarity with metadata, taxonomies, and ontologies
- Background in process improvement and workflow optimization
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
