Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid: 3 days a week onsite)

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support our CTO and executive team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with C-Level executives, possess excellent communication skills, and be adept at managing complex schedules and priorities. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week onsite in Dallas, TX.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CTO and other C-Level executives.
  • Manage and coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Assist in various administrative tasks as needed to support the executive team.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, with a strong track record of working with C-Level executives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
