Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support for production, solving day-to-day issues and leading mid- and long-term continuous improvement projects
- Create and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), emphasizing safety, ergonomics, and efficiency
- Serve as the go-to engineering contact for supervisors and operators, supporting department goals
- Drive process documentation, fixture design, and support capital equipment evaluations
- Participate in cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Safety, and Purchasing teams
- Lead or assist in project scoping and technical planning for process upgrades
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience (industrial or process engineering preferred)
- Passion for being on the production floor and becoming a subject matter expert
- Strong analytical, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Self-starter who can juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
