Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced AWS Developer with strong expertise in Amazon Connect and a background in the federal sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing cloud-based solutions using AWS services, with a focus on implementing and enhancing Amazon Connect call center solutions. You will ensure compliance with federal regulations and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions tailored to public sector requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement AWS cloud solutions with a focus on Amazon Connect.
- Customize and integrate Amazon Connect with other AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, and S3.
- Ensure solutions meet federal compliance and security standards (e.g., FISMA, FedRAMP).
- Collaborate with teams to deploy scalable, high-performing cloud solutions.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing AWS and Amazon Connect solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of AWS development experience, with expertise in Amazon Connect.
- Experience working in the federal sector, with knowledge of compliance standards.
- Proficiency in AWS services such as Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, and IAM.
- Strong coding skills in languages like Python, Node.js, or Java.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Developer).
- Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices in AWS environments.
- Knowledge of telephony and contact center solutions.
