Work you will do/Responsibilities

• Lead development teams to provide technical deliverables in accordance with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodologies such as SCRUM and Agile
• Design, develop, and modify software systems and custom components using modern dev stack
• Develop software solutions by analyzing system performance standards; confer with users or system engineers
• Analyze systems flow, data usage, work processes, and investigate problem areas
• Integrate existing software into new or modified systems
• Develop and execute test procedures for software components
• Analyze user requirements to derive technical software design and performance requirements
• Plan, track, and manage deliverables on short-term sprints and long-term software deployments

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
• 6+yearsoffull stack software development on web and client/server solutions
• 6+ years of experience with back-end Java development
• 6+ years of experience using modern front-end language (React, Typescript, etc.)
• Must have experience working with NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, MariaDB, etc.)
• Experience with Spring Framework, JMS, SOAP, and REST web services
• Experience with event-driven programming/ architecture
• Must have an active Public Trust or Top-Secret Clearance
• Ability to travel up to 10% overnight for client/project travel
• Expected to co-locate in your designated geo hub location up to 30% of the time based on business needs
• Must live in a commutable distance (a 100-mile radius) or be willing to relocate to one of the following delivery locations: Gilbert, AZ - Lake Mary, FL - Atlanta, GA - Charlotte, NC - Mechanicsburg, PA - Philadelphia PA - Houston, TX - Dallas, TX - with the ability to commute to the assigned location without the need for overnight accommodations
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
• DevOps experience - CI/CD pipeline
• Familiarity with ETL tools, Kafka, application security, automation testing, UML
