Your role in our mission

  • Develops, writes, designs, and edits basic material for publications including manuals, catalogs, instruction books, brochures, promotions, data sheets, advertisements and direct mail campaigns.
  • Illustrates, proofreads, and edits materials to meet business needs. Reviews published materials and recommended revisions and/or changes in order to meet quality standards.
  • Assists in coordinates activities concerned with moderately complex contract type setting, illustrating, and printing services to meet business needs.
  • Uses computer-based tools, including electronic publishing software, to lay out and type set moderately complex aspects of journal content to conform to quality standards. Integrates electronic publishing software and assists in developing tests for identifying and tracking complex problems associated with integration and use of electronic publishing software.
  • Lead and provide recommendation on the development and production of proposals and activities.


What we're looking for

  • One (1) or more years of writing, editorial or publishing experience with experience working with publishing processes and procedures
  • Experience working with word processing and electronic publishing software
  • Experience working with industry writing style such as grammar, sentence form, and structure
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


What you should expect in this role

  • Must be a resident of the state of California.
  • Must be on camera for client meetings.
  • Must be available to work from home and in office/on site as per business needs
  • Initial 90-120 days need to report to work onsite with possibility of hybrid after (Based on overall performance)
  • Hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00p.m.

The pay range for this position is $45,300.00 - $64,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
